Dance-inspired fitness

For adults Encore uses dance to improve general fitness. It’s all about enjoying music and movement through gymnastics and urban dance. For children 12 and over, dance and gymnastics help them express themselves,
get to know their body, grow in confidence and have fun.

We let music and highly skilled instructors guide you through low- and high-tempo dance workouts to get the heart pumping. Move. Sweat. Smile. Repeat.

About

“Sadly, as we get older, our love for music continues but we forget all the benefits of dance. That’s changing! We’ve created Encore to revive that childhood passion for dance and use it to improve our health and fitness. Our instructors work with all levels – it’s all about getting the heart rate up, building strength, improving mobility and flexibility, but above all having fun while you do it. Listen to the music and just move!”

Korey Gibson, Co-Founder

“Every day I see how much my 3-year-old loves music and dancing, and just started to think why don’t we dance more as adults? I wouldn’t say I’m a dancer, but it’s not about being coordinated or learning routines, it’s a fun and efficient way to get and keep fit, and even bringing the kids along to express themselves through movement too.”
